Our customer service team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We follow Australian Consumer Law guidelines for all returns and refunds. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. This vape shop returns timeframe ensures product freshness and quality while giving you adequate time to evaluate your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For vape shop returns, this is especially important due to health and safety regulations governing vaping products.
Vape Shop Returns – Product Restrictions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to health regulations, opened e-liquids, used coils, and any vaping products that have been in direct contact with saliva cannot be accepted for vape shop returns. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items for vape shop returns include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Used or opened e-liquid bottles
- Replacement coils that have been used
- Personal vaping accessories that have been used

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All vape shop returns should be sent directly to our facility for proper processing.
Partial Refund Situations
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for vape shop returns:

- Packaging that has been damaged due to improper handling
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Our vape shop returns team processes all returns within 3-5 business days of receipt.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. For vape shop returns, processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded through our vape shop returns policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vapedealshop.com and send your item to our returns processing center. Vape shop returns for exchanges follow the same guidelines as refunds.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: VapeDealShop Returns Department, 14 LE Gounlburn St, Sydney 1198NSA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For vape shop returns, we recommend using trackable shipping services to ensure your return reaches us safely. We don’t guarantee that we will receive returned items sent without tracking.
